With Dean coming from a catering background and Victoria from farming there could not be a better pairing, making the most of our combined knowledge of how to produce honest ingredients and how to turn them into great tasting meals.
Having both worked our way around France and Switzerland in kitchens and restaurants we finally met at a bus stop in the mountains of Switzerland. We eventually decided to move back home to Cornwall, get married and set up our own catering company.
We bring together everything we have learnt, not just in the catering industry but the farming as well. We bring to the table not just amazing bespoke menus but ingredients
from our own raised beds, glass house and family farm. Anything we can not grow or raise ourselves we source locally, we are spoilt for choice as Cornwall has some delicious and unique produce on offer.
